Privacy Policy

Effective: April 15, 2026 · Last updated: August 17, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Ludolumi Holdings Inc., doing business as Mighty Pedia ("Ludolumi," "Mighty Pedia," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit our websites, including mightypedia.com, ludolumi.com, and the demo club we host at demo.mightypedia.com (collectively, the "Sites").

This Policy applies only to information collected through the Sites. It does not apply to information collected through the Mighty Pedia mobile application, which is governed by a separate privacy policy.

By using the Sites, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

2. Who we are

Ludolumi Holdings Inc. is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.

We can be reached at: info@ludolumi.com

3. Information we collect

We collect information in two ways: information you provide directly, and information collected automatically when you use the Sites.

3.1 Information you provide

When you submit a form on our Sites, we collect the information you give us. This includes:

  • Demo club request: your name, your practice name, your email address, and your phone number if you choose to give it
  • Other communications: any information you provide when you contact us by email or through other channels

These are business contact details. We do not ask for, and the Sites are not intended to collect, any patient information or health information.

3.2 Information collected automatically

When you visit the Sites, we and our analytics and advertising providers automatically collect technical information about your visit. This may include:

  • Pages viewed, time spent, scrolling, and clicks
  • Approximate location derived from your IP address
  • Device type, screen size, browser, and operating system
  • The website or advertisement that referred you
  • A recording of your interactions with the page (see 3.3)

Some of these providers set cookies and may combine what they collect here with information they hold about you from other websites. The specific services we use, and what each one does, are listed in section 3.4.

3.3 Session recording

We use Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors interact with the Sites, including mouse movement, scrolling, and clicks, and to produce heatmaps and playback of those interactions. We use this to understand which parts of a page are confusing or ignored.

Text you type into form fields is masked before it leaves your browser, so your name, email address, and phone number do not appear in these recordings. We do not use session recordings to identify individual visitors.

3.4 Analytics, advertising, and cookies

The Sites use the following services. Each one is operated by a third party under its own privacy policy, linked below.

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics (page view measurement). Cookieless, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track across other websites. Cloudflare privacy policy
  • Google Analytics 4 (traffic and conversion measurement). Sets the _ga and _ga_<id> cookies to distinguish returning visitors. Google privacy policy
  • Meta Pixel (advertising measurement and targeting). Sets the _fbp cookie, tells Meta which of our pages you viewed and whether you submitted a form, and allows us to show ads to people who have visited the Sites. This is a third-party advertising tracker. Meta privacy policy
  • Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session recording). Sets the _clck and _clsk cookies. Microsoft privacy statement

These providers receive your IP address as a normal part of your browser contacting them. We do not ourselves store a log of individual visitors' IP addresses.

How to opt out. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, which will stop most of the above. You can also install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, adjust your Meta ad preferences, or use your browser's Global Privacy Control signal where supported. Opting out will not stop the Sites from working.

3.5 Email and link tracking

When we email you a demo club link, that link passes through our servers so we can record that it was opened and how many times. We use this to know whether a demo we sent was actually tried before we follow up. We do not use tracking pixels in these emails.

4. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide the information you request
  • Send you product updates and news, if you have opted in to receive them
  • Improve the Sites and understand how they are used
  • Communicate with you about your relationship with Mighty Pedia
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights

4.1 Marketing communications

When you request a demo club, we send you the link you asked for, and we may also send occasional updates about Mighty Club. We tell you this on the form before you submit it.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing us at the contact address above. Unsubscribing will not affect transactional messages related to your specific request, such as the demo club link itself.

5. How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information.

We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • Service providers: We use third-party service providers to operate the Sites and our business. These include Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, and analytics), Laravel Cloud (application hosting and database), Resend (sending email), Google (analytics), Microsoft (heatmaps and session recording), and Meta (advertising measurement and targeting). These providers process information on our behalf, and each is described in section 3.4 with a link to its own privacy policy.
  • Advertising platforms: Through the Meta Pixel described in section 3.4, Meta learns that you visited the Sites and whether you submitted a form. We use this to measure our advertising and to show ads to people who have visited. We do not send Meta your name, email address, or phone number.
  • Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
  • Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Specifically:

  • Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
  • Quote request information is retained for as long as your inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up
  • Aggregated analytics data is retained according to Cloudflare Web Analytics' default retention settings

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have specific rights regarding your personal information. These may include:

  • The right to know what information we have collected about you
  • The right to request deletion of your information
  • The right to correct inaccurate information
  • The right to opt out of marketing communications
  • The right to opt out of the sale of your information (we do not sell personal information)

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@ludolumi.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

7.1 California residents

If you are a California resident, you have specific rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). These include the rights listed above. To submit a request, contact us at the email address above.

7.2 European residents

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. The legal basis for our processing is your consent (for marketing) and our legitimate interest in responding to your inquiries and operating our business.

8. Children's privacy

The Sites are intended for use by businesses and adult professionals. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Sites.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us with information through the Sites, please contact us at the email above.

The Mighty Pedia mobile application, which is designed for use by children with parental involvement, is governed by a separate privacy policy with COPPA-compliant practices.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, and alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. International users

The Sites are operated from the United States. If you access them from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if we have your address) or by posting a prominent notice on the Sites before the changes take effect.
