By using the Sites, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.
2. Who we are
Ludolumi Holdings Inc. is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Idaho, United States.
We can be reached at: info@ludolumi.com
3. Information we collect

- Other communications: any information you provide when you contact us by email or through other channels
3.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Sites, we automatically collect limited, aggregated technical information through Cloudflare Web Analytics. This is a privacy-first analytics service that does not use cookies, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track users across other websites. The information collected may include:
- Pages viewed and time spent on the Sites
- Approximate country (derived from IP address, then discarded)
- Device type, browser, and operating system
- Referring website
We do not store individual IP addresses, set tracking cookies, or use third-party advertising trackers.

- Improve the Sites and understand how they are used
- Communicate with you about your relationship with Mighty Pedia
- Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights
4.1 Marketing communications
We send marketing emails only to people who have opted in to receive them. When you join our waitlist, you are opting in to receive product updates and news. When you submit a quote request, you can separately opt in to marketing emails by checking the relevant box on the form.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by emailing us at the contact address above. Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect transactional communications related to your specific inquiry.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers: We use third-party service providers to operate the Sites and our business. These include Cloudflare (hosting, content delivery, and privacy-first analytics), our email and form-handling providers, and any CRM tools we use to manage inquiries. These providers process information on our behalf and are obligated to protect it.
- Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or other legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others.
- Business transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.
6. Data retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Specifically:
- Waitlist emails are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion
- Quote request information is retained for as long as your inquiry is active and for a reasonable period afterward for follow-up
- Aggregated analytics data is retained according to Cloudflare Web Analytics' default retention settings

- The right to request deletion of your information
- The right to correct inaccurate information
- The right to opt out of marketing communications
- The right to opt out of the sale of your information (we do not sell personal information)

8. Children's privacy
The Sites are intended for use by businesses and adult professionals. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the Sites.
